The place was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Ear plugs allowed me to sleep through the infrequent trains which pass through town.

Staff was awesome, the front desk lady was really great and helpful! The place was decent and perfect for a quick stay. The view is beautiful.

The location is spot on. This is one of my favorite places. The housekeeping staff are the most beautifully kind people, ever. The front desk staff are also very friendly. There is no other place in Canmore where you will get this kind of value for your money. Every other place in Canmore is exceedingly over priced to the point of gauging. Free parking, kitchen facilities, great location...it's definitely not hidden but it sure is a gem!

The location was great. The staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and it had a great hot tub. No carpet. I loved that.

I called the front desk because I couldn’t figure out the tv, they sent maintenance up. I had my pups with me and they both approved of his vibes, he was great with them while he worked on the tv. Staff was very friendly. Location was great for what we needed! Great view and easy to get to food, the freeway, and shops.

This is a great place to stay if you're planning to visit the Rocky Mountains. It's in a quiet area on the outskirts of town with quick access to the highway. Our 1-bedroom room was very spacious, and we really appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. The staff was very friendly and helped us several times with the dryer.

We stayed here to visit Banff National Park and it was the perfect decision. It is much cheaper, and it offers plenty of facilities. The Lodge is just 15 minutes away from Banff, and it is very easy to get to. The room was very comfy and spacious, and the views were just fantastic. Everything in the room worked great and we didn't have any problem.

Office staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Kitchen small but adequate for preparing meals. Our room was clean, and again housekeeping staff was excellent. Soundproofing between rooms is very good, I was not disturbed by noise of other guests. Closet space and luggage space is great. Lodge was easy to find and the location is great - easy to walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries. Canmore is pedestrian and bike friendly, has much to offer in the way of parks, lakes, hiking trails, and so much more pleasant to stay in than the crowded Town of Banff.

Had small apt/efficiency perfect expectionally clean quiet most comfortable bed of 20 day / 7 locations in Montana and this Canmore Canada Staff is very helpful and not jammed parking lot w tiny spaces .ALWAYS a spot nearby your lodge location !! And laundry ! Walking distance to vg recommended restaurants and short trip to town restaurants n SAFEWAY terrific Highly recommend if combo of better qualities and value is your preference over new and glamour and crowded parking lots where driving a ways is a necessity for everything How nice to walk to breakfast n 5 star restaurant w delicious food but reservations preferred Highly recommend!!and will repeat!! Very Pleased Senior Female SOLO! !

absolutely perfect! staff were so lovely, especially the lovely lady who checked me in (about 2ish on the 12th Dec, sorry, didn't get her name!) was so friendly and told me about the area. room was exceptionally clean, location was very good (right opposite the bus stop towards Canmore/Banff), and near the recreation centre. and the view!
